How accurate is the stock tracking in real-time?
It is completely instant. The second a sale is made, an order is canceled, or a new batch of inventory arrives at your facility, the system adjusts your stock levels across the board. You’ll never have to guess what’s actually sitting on your shelves.
Can I track items that have different batches or expiry dates?
Yes, this is built right in. If you deal with perishable goods, chemicals, or pharmaceuticals, you can organize your stock by batch numbers and expiration dates. The system can even alert you when a specific batch is getting close to expiring so you can clear it out first.
What is a "Low Stock Alert" and how does it work?
You can set a minimum safety number for any product. For example, if you want to always have at least 10 units of an item, Wortal will ping you the moment your stock hits 9. This gives you a head start to reorder before you completely run out.
How does the system handle stock returns or damaged items?
When a customer returns an item, you can log it directly into the system. You can choose to add it back to your active sellable stock, or route it to a “Damaged/Quarantine” section so it doesn’t accidentally get sold again before being inspected.
Can we do a physical stock audit using this software?
