View Mode
- Displays activity details in read-only mode.
- Three-dot menu for additional actions (based on user permissions).
Activity Information
- Activity title
- Activity type (Log, Follow Up, etc.)
- Description or remarks (if available)
- Follow-up date and time (for follow-up activities)
User Information
- Created By
- Created At
- Updated At
Activity Timeline
- Shows all activities related to the inquiry in chronological order.
- Helps track demos, follow-ups, calls, meetings, and other interactions.
1.2 Tasks Tab

Used to assign tasks related to the lead, such as:
- Send quotation
- Call tomorrow
- Visit warehouse
1.3 Notes Tab

Used for internal notes and future reference.
1.4 Docs Tab

Used to store lead-wise documents:
- Quotation PDF
- Product catalogue
- Agreement copy
1.5 History Tab

Shows complete change history, such as:
- Lead created
- Status changes
- Assigned user changes
- Product updates
- Other modifications
(Also used for transparency and audit.)
1.6 Chat Tab
Used to chat with clients when WhatsApp API integration is enabled.
